As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, We help create a world that our children can strive to see their future clearly. Where creativity, a passion for the arts, and dreams can have a chance to come true. Our goals also include preparing and motivating youth with necessary skills that will last for a lifetime. Kollective Talent is more than a foundation! Kollective Talent is a powerful youth movement! Over the past 20 years, KT has provided a positive impact on our youth in our community. Since 2002, KT has enjoyed mentoring over 1000 students using a variety of dance, drama, runway fashion, social etiquette, and lifetime skills. They also add to their repertoire, over 1000+ performances throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding areas respectively.
Our children are inspired by the challenges and excitement of dance classes, where they will be introduced to many genres of music and dance from some of the hottest dance instructors. All participants are supported in a positive environment while being encouraged to reach their highest potential. Our focus is on confidence-building, teamwork, techniques, and becoming the best dancers and citizens that they can be. KT his a high-energy youth program that uses the latest sounds in a variety of music and dance genres together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest entertainers and video choreographers.
The New Generation
Junior Dance Team
Ages 5 Years thru 8 Years
This exciting and engaging class introduces young children to the joy of music, movement, and dance while teaching the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and self-expression. Designed for children ages 5–8, students learn to work together in a fun and supportive environment as they explore the performing arts.

Through the use of props, creative movement, and age-appropriate choreography, dancers develop coordination, rhythm, confidence, and stage presence while having fun and making new friends. Participants are encouraged to use their imagination, express their creativity, and build a strong foundation in dance.

The Junior Dance Team provides a positive and memorable experience that helps young dancers grow both on and off the stage while fostering a lifelong appreciation for music, movement, and teamwork.
Senior Dance Team
Age 8 Years thru 13 Years
This exciting and engaging class teaches youth the importance of teamwork, discipline, and personal growth through the performing arts. Designed for children ages 8–13, participants explore the worlds of music, dance, drama, and creative expression while learning skits, utilizing props, and mastering more advanced choreography.

Students are challenged to develop their dance technique through creative movement, stage presence, and performance-based instruction. As members of the Senior Team, dancers participate in a variety of community events, showcases, and stage performances throughout the year.
Beyond dance, this class focuses on building self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and character. Our goal is to help each student become not only a stronger performer, but also a positive role model and outstanding citizen within their community.
At Kollective Talent, we are committed to developing confident dancers, effective leaders, and successful young people both on and off the stage.
Company Dance Team
Mixed Age / Placed Based On Skill
Our Company Dance Team is designed for dedicated students who are passionate about dance and desire to train at an advanced level. This elite performance group provides dancers with opportunities to refine their skills, strengthen their technique, and grow as performers in a challenging and supportive environment.

Team members have the exciting opportunity to showcase their talents through regional competitions, community events, special engagements, and a variety of memorable performances throughout the year. Dancers will expand their knowledge of multiple dance styles while developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, stage presence, and leadership skills.

The Company Dance Team is more than a performance group—it is a place where young artists are inspired to pursue excellence, build lasting friendships, and represent Kollective Talent with pride both on and off the stage.

Kollective Talent alumni have grown into some of the most exceptional leaders, professionals, and role models within their communities. We are incredibly proud of the many students who have gone on to earn degrees from colleges and universities in fields such as Education, Psychology, Pediatric Nursing, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Real Estate, and other service-oriented professions.
Several alumni have served honorably in the United States Armed Forces, including the Navy and Coast Guard, while others have built successful careers as entrepreneurs, small business owners, educators, music producers, professional dancers, journalists, communication specialists, and dedicated parents. Each has found their own unique path and continues to make a positive impact on the world around them.
At Kollective Talent, we believe that success extends far beyond the stage. While dance serves as our foundation, our true mission is to inspire confidence, develop character, cultivate leadership, and empower young people to reach their fullest potential.
