As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, We help create a world that our children can strive to see their future clearly. Where creativity, a passion for the arts, and dreams can have a chance to come true. Our goals also include preparing and motivating youth with necessary skills that will last for a lifetime. Kollective Talent is more than a foundation! Kollective Talent is a powerful youth movement! Over the past 20 years, KT has provided a positive impact on our youth in our community. Since 2002, KT has enjoyed mentoring over 1000 students using a variety of dance, drama, runway fashion, social etiquette, and lifetime skills. They also add to their repertoire, over 1000+ performances throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding areas respectively.
Our children are inspired by the challenges and excitement of dance classes, where they will be introduced to many genres of music and dance from some of the hottest dance instructors. All participants are supported in a positive environment while being encouraged to reach their highest potential. Our focus is on confidence-building, teamwork, techniques, and becoming the best dancers and citizens that they can be. KT his a high-energy youth program that uses the latest sounds in a variety of music and dance genres together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest entertainers and video choreographers.
Junior Dance Team
Ages 5 Years thru 8 Years
This exciting class teaches young children to work together as a team. Together, they will experience the world of music, and dance using props. This is a wonderful class for 5-8 year old children.
Together, they will experience the world of music and the art of dance using props, creative movements, and simple choreography. ​
Senior Dance Team
Age 8 Years thru 13 Years
This exciting class teaches youth to work together as a team. Together, they will experience the world of music, and dance learning skits, and using props. This is a intense class for 8-13 year old children.
Together, they will experience the world of music and the art of dance using props, creative movements, and more complicated choreography.
Seniors participates in various stage performances and community activities. the class focuses on building confidence, teamwork, techniques, and becoming the best dancers and citizens that we can be.
Company Dance Team
Mixed Age / Placed Based On Skill
Our company dance team is for students who would like to train at a higher level of dance, with the opportunity to showcase their skills in several exciting competitions throughout the year as well as a variety of community shows, activities, and memorable performances. Members will enjoy expanding their dance knowledge and techniques in class.

KT Alumni students have turned out to be some of the most exceptional community leaders and icons in their very own communities! We are proud to know that some have gone on to obtain degrees from various colleges and universities in a variety of social service fields such as Psychology, Pediatric Nursing, Social Work & Real Estate. Some have also served honorably in the United States Armed Forces, Navy and Coast Guard. Some have found their own lane in the world, becoming hard working parents, entrepreneurs and small business owners. Other students have become music producers, professional dancers, journalists and communication specialist!
KT is not just about dance. It is a movement dedicated to changing lives of our youth.
