Over the past 26 years, Karla Gray has always been a person who has shown love and commitment to our children, families and her community. Her primary goal is to always achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with all of the services and products that she provides. This simple but dedicated approach has effectively fueled her growth since she opened her first door back in 2002.

Karla N. Gray is a passionate educator, youth mentor, creative visionary, and entrepreneur dedicated to making a lasting impact in her community through education, dance, leadership, and event design. With more than 27 years of experience working with children and families, Karla has devoted her life to empowering young people while creating meaningful experiences that inspire confidence, creativity, and purpose.

As the owner and operator of The Children’s Club House, a Keystone STAR 4 child care facility, Karla has built a strong reputation for excellence in early childhood education and quality care. Her commitment to children and families has allowed her to positively influence the lives of countless students throughout the region.

Karla is also the founder of Kollective Talent Foundation, Inc., a youth dance and mentoring program that combines dance, runway fashion, drama, leadership, social etiquette, and life skills development. Through this program, she has mentored over 1,000 students and helped provide opportunities for youth to perform, grow, and build confidence both on and off the stage.

In addition, Karla is the creative force behind Designs By K. Nadia, where she specializes in elegant event décor, luxury backdrops, and memorable event experiences throughout the Tri-State area.

Known for her professionalism, creativity, and unwavering dedication to excellence, Karla continues to inspire others through her vision, leadership, and commitment to serving her community.
