Ms. Karla Nadia Gray
Was born on September 23, 1979 to Gerald and Sharon Gray at Crozer-Medical Center in, Chester, PA. Karla lived in Twin Oaks, PA for the majority of her life, beginning as an infant and she still lives in the area. She received her education in Chichester School District all through her childhood, and graduated from Chichester Senior High School in 1997. She received a Full Tuition Scholarship to Edinboro University of PA, and she received her Bachelors Degree. She graduated from E.U.P. in 2002 after majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in African American Studies.
Karla now holds a Pennsylvania Director’s Credential and owns a Pennsylvania Keystone STAR 4 child care facility in Upper Chichester, PA that is truly committed to excellence.

Over the past 26 years, Ms. Karla Gray has dedicated her life to provide a positive impact on our youth in our community. Since 2002, KT has enjoyed mentoring over 1000+ students using a variety of dance, drama, runway fashion, social etiquette, and lifetime skills. They also add to their repertoire, over 1000+ performances throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and surrounding areas respectively.

She is so pleased to know, that it has been a proven fact that more than 85% of youth who have participated in The Kollective Talent Foundation, Inc. have gone on to obtain degrees from various colleges and universities in a variety of social service fields such as Psychology, Pediatric Nursing, Social Work & Real Estate. Some of our youth have also serve honorably in the United States Armed Forces, Navy and Coast Guard. Some students have found their own lane in the world, becoming hard working entrepreneurs and small business owners. Other students have actually become sports coaches, music producers, professional dancers and communication specialist!
